We hope you are thrilled with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please contact us at email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.
We suggest you insure the package via USPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.
Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange. Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Specify the exchange item in your email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org and also include this information in your return package.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
Exchange shipping is included for domestic orders only.
CUSTOM ORDERS + SKULL ORDERS
Custom orders are our favorite orders! We love creating and designing for you, however by consenting to our terms and conditions, you hereby understand that the products you order that are custom-created and made to order. We will hold the current selection of blank inventory that relates to your order (whether it be a cowskull, skateboard, etc. ) for 24-48 hours before it becomes available for another custom order. Once your order is placed, we do not allow refunds to be given in the event that these terms were overlooked or blindly agreed to. Because we set aside inventory when a custom order is placed, if we do not hear from you regarding your order within a reasonable amount of time, your order may be considered abandoned. We do not refund abandoned orders. If you receive a custom/made to order product from us that is incorrect, you may contact us with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.
Please do not order made to order items or custom items if you do not agree to these terms.
